INTRODUCTION

Galley Kitchen Throwdown has hosted their first AT-COST event! It was a lovely night full of great conversation and gratitude from all directions. We are still so thankful to the guests who joined us on this amazing adventure and for guiding us into the future with confidence that we are doing something special.

We are now in a promotional phase of launching this project. Tell your friends and family about us. Bring them with you. EVENT

Do you like St. Louis style Sicilian food? Well, you are in luck. We are featuring my Great Grandmother’s (Gabrielle’s mother’s Grandma) red sauce on spaghetti squash and organic wheat pasta.

My Grandmother, taught by the Sicilian side of the family, will be making a giant batch of sauce for everyone to enjoy. It tastes as good as it smells. When you walk in the door and it warms you straight through your heart, you will understand why this is the feature of the night. 

Also, its going to be a chilly day on the 1st of the year so you will be welcomed by a Hot Toddy (vegan friendly as well) when you walk in the door. Of course, throughout the night, we will be opening bottles of red wine to go with the pasta. Please join us for this free, promotional event. We only ask that you show up with your favorite bottle of red wine to contribute to the night.
